-
Planning meetings will be held virtually via phone or Zoom.
-
We'll follow provincial guidelines for masks and vaccination.
-
Our team will be fully vaccinated
-
We will wear masks indoors at all times and outdoors if we aren't able to socially distance.

POLICIES FOR ILLNESS
- If we are ill and unable to photograph your day, you will be notified immediately. Following that, we will be responsible to find a suitable replacement that we trust to shoot the day for us and provide all images to us for post-processing. All will stay the same, except for the day of photographer.

FOR SESSIONS
-If we are ill and unable to photograph your session, you will be notified immediately. We will reschedule the shoot based on both of our availabilities.

COVID-19 POLICIES FOR WEDDINGS

Q: What happens if I need to reschedule my wedding?
- While majority of the couples are willing to work with restrictions, if you prefer to postpone your wedding, we can discuss rescheduling the event. If you decide to reschedule your event other than new restriction guidelines related to COVID, a rescheduling fee will be due to confirm your new date. Please communicate with all vendors to ensure they're available for a new date.

Q: What if you're not available for the new date?
- Discuss with all vendors about your plan to reschedule to weigh out your options. We are so excited to capture your moment and will work around these uncertainties as best as we can - this will require flexibility and communication on both parties. If a couple chooses a date without consulting us, the retainer fee will not be refunded and we wish you the best in finding a new photographer for your big day.

Q: What happens if my photographer is COVID + or exposed to COVID before my wedding?
- If we are ill and unable to photograph your day, you will be notified immediately. Following that, we will be responsible to find a suitable replacement that we trust to shoot the day for us and provide all images to us for post-processing. All will stay the same, except for the day of photographer.

Q: Can I get a refund related to COVID circumstances due to the Force Majeure clause?
- The Force Majeure clause relates to unforeseen and unexpected circumstances and would no longer relate to issues pertaining to COVID. The risk of being affected by this pandemic is no surprise as we have and continue to learn how to live with this virus for a few years now.

If you reschedule your event due to COVID-19 circumstances, there will be a rescheduling fee that will apply to your new date. If you are unsure if you would like to take the risk, I suggest holding off on hiring vendors until you're comfortable.

Q: What if I want to cancel everything?
- Some couples have decided to put their wedding plans on hold indefinitely which means they don’t want to reschedule and choose a new date at the moment. If you feel this is the best route for you, the standard cancellation clause in your contract will apply regardless of your reason to cancel (COVID vs non-COVID, etc.)

Q: Can I sell my contract to another couple?
-If after discussion and flexibility between both parties has been discussed and our new schedules don't work, we are open to considering having your contract transferred to another party.

Q: What’s the purpose of a retainer?
- A retainer is not a pre-payment for services. A retainer is used to “hold” somebody (and their services) for a certain date; holding means that person will turn away any other paying clients. Retainer fees are not refundable.
