THE PROCESS

Fill out our contact form.With all the required details. I will get back to you with our Photo Booth Guide within 2 business days. If we are a good fit, you'll sign the agreement & submit a 25% non-refundable retainer fee.

About a month before the event, you'll fill out our Photo Booth design form, pick your style and texts, choose your photo effects, and confirm your event timeline details. We'll send you a sample to confirm you're happy with it.

Your event day is here! Our Photo Booth Attendant will set-up and assist your guests with capturing their photo, printing, and sharing the digital copy. Your private event gallery will upload the images in real-time.

PHOTO BOOTH FAQ

WHAT IS THE PHOTO QUALITY LIKE?

As photographers, quality is important to us! unlike the popular iPad booths, we use a professional DSLR camera along with a professional light to provide instant high quality images. All of the equipment we use are what we also use to photograph portraits and weddings.

DO WE GET PRINTS AS WELL?

You will receive an online image gallery with all the photos taken that night. If you plan to have a photo guest book or would also like a printed copy, we can facilitate this for you as an add-on. This includes the photo book, printed images, and our attendant assisting the guests.

CAN WE EXTEND THE HOURS

Our starting package begins from 3 hour coverage. If you’d like to extend these hours, additional hours can be added to the package for $150 per hour. Depending on our availability, extending the coverage can be requested on the day of - payment to be completed before the Photo Booth continues to operate.

ARE PROPS INCLUDED?

We only include props if specifically requested. Our aim is to provide an elegant Photo Booth experience that are designed to get high quality studio-like portraits that are timeless and focus on your guests. You are more than welcome to bring your own props that may better fit with your theme.

HOW DO GUESTS RECEIVE THEIR IMAGES

Guests will receive their digital images instantly through bardode sharing and/or email. All images from the event will be uploaded to your personal event gallery.

1. I use the same camera equipment I use for my wedding photography to offer high quality images - no tablet or cheap camera quality.


2. The photo booth is run by professional photographers. With my photography expertise, I am able to manipulate the camera to provide sharp images.


3. We don't charge extra for 4x6" images. A lot of photo booths have this size as an add-on. We highly encourage a 4x6" print to maintain quality.


4. My husband is EXTREMELY charming and outgoing - your guests will love him attending the photo booth. We offer a safe space, we assist with posing, and ensure the best experience using our photo booth.


5. We have never had any malfunctions yet (KNOCK ON WOOD. In case there is, we have plenty of mitigation plans to continue operating. Running the photo booth is complex and requires multiple working parts - we have solutions and alternate plans if one or more aspects malfunction.

WHAT DOES UNLIMITED PRINTS REALLY MEAN?

All Photo Booth packages include a print per guest in each photo of the session. There is no limit to how often the guests return to use the Photo Booth.

HOW IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract to secure your date. The final balance is to be paid 1 week before the event. All pricing are subject to a 13% HST fee.

ARE THE IMAGES EDITED?

All images have a light skin smoothening filter to offer that professional skin retouched look in a pinch!


You can choose to have your event in colour, glam black and white, or let your guests decide. All these details will be asked while designing your print template.

WHAT BACKDROPS DO YOU OFFER?

To reflect our branding, we stick to the solid white and black colours. Our aim is to provide studio quality images that ensures your subjects stand out and provide timeless images. Some couples choose to opt out of a backdrop to use their own or to showcase their venue space (i.e barn wedding walls, beautiful patterns on your venue space, outdoors, etc.) Border and print templates are completely customizable - where you can showcase a pop of colour or your unique style.

DOES THE PHOTO BOOTH ONLY TAKE PHOTOS?

The Photo Booth can take photos, create GIFS, boomerangs, and short video clips. Please let us know if you'd like these features added.
