How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Fill out all the questions with as much information as possible - the more details I know, the better I can provide you with an exact quote.I will get back to you with your Photography Guide within 2 business days. We'll schedule a virtual video call to meet and see if we're a good fit.
2. Sign Contract
If you feel that we vibed and believe we're a good fit, you'll review, sign the agreement, & submit a 25% non-refundable retainer fee for weddings/events, or a 50% non-refundable retainer fee for portrait sessions.
3. The Big Day
Yay! I'll let you know when I'm on my way to the session/event location, then it's time to make some magic from your love story!
4. Photos & Prints
You'll receive sneak peeks within the same week.- I'll be just as excited editing them as you are to view them.
Your full online gallery will be delivered within (4-6 weeks weddings; 2-3 weeks Portraits/small events).
Online printing store is available along with custom photo albums.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Portrait sessions: within 2 weeks
Smaller Events: 2-3 weeks
Full Day Events and Weddings: 5-6 weeks
I am always so excited to rush home and edit photos after the session. You can expect a few sneak peek photos within 72 hours from the end of the session.
What if we're getting married abroad?
I’d love to travel and photograph your wedding. Please email me with the details for a custom quote. Fees would include a minimum 3 day accommodation and round trip flight fee.
Whats your photography style?
My style blends documentary and editorial by capturing raw, organic moments while also infusing a more polished, artistic edge.
I focus on story telling through real interactions, but with a keen eye for composition, light, and mood.
how many weddings do you shoot each year?
I photograph about 25-30 weddings each year total. 15-20 of those are my own weddings where I photograph and edit, while the rest I work as a contractor for other professional wedding photographers.
I only take a certain amount of my own wedding clients each year to give my full attention and dedication. You will be communicating and working with me from start to end!
Do you offer videography?
Yes - I partnered with a few videographers for an all inclusive package. Contact me for more details.
Do I need 2 photographers?
Having a second photographer is great if timeline is limited and requires photography done at multiple locations at the same time.
Having two will also allow us to capture more of what's happening during the day. Lead photographer focuses on capturing Bride & Groom, while the second photographer focuses on guests and details.
We're all human - having a second photographer offers extra insurance that at least ONE photographer will be able to capture your day in the unlikely-but possible, event that a tragic situation may occur to one photographer while en route to the wedding.
I'm comfortable shooting solo and with other photographers. Let me know what you prefer and I will hire out the second photographer that I work great with.
CAN I BOOK THE PHOTO BOOTH ONLY?
Absolutely! We offer discount packages when photography and photo booth are booked with me. But if you have already found your dream photographer, you can rent our photo booth on its own.
What's your payment plan
I require a 25% or 50% (for portrait sessions) non-refundable deposit to secure the session. The remaining balance is due on the date of the session. Photos are not delivered until full payment is received.
Credit card, e-transfer, and cash payments are accepted.
